These improvements reduce the frequency and severity of crashes as well as help people driving, taking transit, walking and biking share the road with fewer conflicts. Intersections typically have high rates of crashes. This ARTS project improves safety and visibility on OR 99W from Ross Island Bridge to SW Wills Lane and U.S. 30 Bypass from Kerby Avenue to Northeast 165th Avenue.
