North Santiam Paving is constructing a slide repair for Marion County. Traffic is limited to one lane, controlled by temporary signals. Work is expected to be complete by October 31, 2025

The project involves the completion of urban bicycle and ADA compliant pedestrian facilities along Connecticut Avenue SE between Macleay Road/Pennsylvania Avenue and Rickey Street/Macleay Road. 

Farline Bridge will close Meridian Road NE from Hobart Road on the south to Downs Road on the north to replace the bridge. The road will be closed beginning 8:00 am on Wednesday, October 22, 2025 and reopening at approximately 5:00 PM on Saturday, February 28, 2026. 

Local, emergency and business traffic will have access from either end of the closure, but the bridge will be impassible during this period. All remaining traffic will be required to utilize the detour route.

Marion County will be closing the intersection of Mill Creek Rd and 70th Ave for the Mill Creek Bridge Replacement Project. This is a hard closure, emergency vehicles will not be able to navigate through the closure. 

The bridge replacement project on Mill Creek Road at 70th Ave continues. Currently, traffic is allowed through the site from 70th Ave northbound to westbound Mill Creek Road and from Mill Creek Road eastbound to 70th Ave southbound. No traffic is allowed eastbound past 70th. The bridge is out. See the diagram below. Please proceed with caution as construction crews are working on both sides of the Mill Creek and 70th. Detour signing will remain deployed until the road is open.
