No Through Traffic
The City of Eugene is repairing storm and sanitary sewer lines, reconstructing sidewalk access ramps and resurfacing Cody Avenue, N Danebo Avenue, Burnett Street, and Golden Gardens Street. Expect construction traffic, delays and impacts to parking. Some streets will be closed at times or narrowed to one way travel. Reduce speeds and watch for construction equipment and workers.
The City of Eugene is constructing a new multi-use path that will extend between Ohio Street and Beltline Hwy. Drivers should expect increased construction traffic on neighboring streets during construction.

The following turns are open – • Left turn from Franklin Boulevard onto S. Brooklyn • Right turn from Franklin Boulevard onto South Franklin Boulevard/McVay Highway • Right turn from South Franklin Boulevard (McVay Hwy. 225) onto Franklin Boulevard Over dimension trucks are restricted at this location and should use Highway 126. The rest of the intersection of Franklin Boulevard and South Franklin (McVay Highway 225) is still closed to all other turns. Franklin Boulevard will remain open to eastbound and westbound travel. Construction will take place between 7 am and 6 pm, Monday through Friday. Businesses will remain open and accessible. Businesses located on South Franklin Boulevard near the intersection with Franklin Boulevard can be accessed using a detour via Henderson Avenue and E 19th Avenue. Construction will include grading, drainage, paving, signing, lighting, roundabouts, sidewalks, and bike facilities on Franklin Blvd in Glenwood from Mississippi to McVay Hwy.
