Ongoing construction on SW Boeckman Rd between SW Stafford Rd and SW Canyon Creek Rd. Full closure in both directions until April 2025.

A construction signal has been installed at the intersection of SW 65th Ave and SW Stafford Road starting in November 2023. Expect intermittent delays.

Expect lane restrictions, alternating traffic patterns, flaggers in use, sidewalk closures. Work hours generally 7 pm to 5 am Sunday through Friday morning.

Lane restrictions, flaggers at intersections, no right-hand-turns through worksite. Work hours are generally from 8 p.m. to 5 a.m. Monday through Friday morning. Crews will work in 400‐foot sections, and incrementally move from east to west with the pipeline, then work on smaller tasks after the pipe is installed.

Expect lane restrictions for drinking water pipeline construction. 6:30 am to 5:30 pm Monday through Friday, with the exception of work at most intersections and other potential activities scheduled for nighttime work.

SW Kinsman Road Lane Closure

SW Kinsman Road between SW Wilsonville Road and SW Barber Street

Work will soon get underway to restore permanent concrete paving on SW Kinsman Road between SW Wilsonville Road and SW Barber Street for the Willamette Water Supply Program pipeline project. This work is planned to occur in stages, with temporary traffic control changing as work moves through the area to maintain safety and limit disruptions to businesses and the traveling public.

Anticipated Schedule: March 1, 2024 – June 2024

Traffic Impact: The southbound lane of SW Kinsman Road will be closed from SW Barber Street to just north of the TVFR Fire Station.

Note: This schedule is subject to change based on weather and other conditions.

Willamette Water Supply Program Wilsonville Area Pipeline Project Northbound Lane Closure between SW Boeckman Road and SW Hillman Court for pipeline construction and street restoration.

The northbound lane of SW 95th Avenue between SW Boeckman Road and SW Hillman Court will be closed during construction. Northbound traffic will be detoured to SW Boones Ferry Road. Traffic detour signage and flaggers will be used during the closure.  

Beaverton Hillsdale Highway will be restricted to two lanes of traffic, one eastbound and one westbound, between Western Avenue and Jamieson Road from January 2^nd through April 30 for pipeline construction. Western Avenue local access only for northbound traffic with single lane open for southbound traffic. Business access open.
