Lanes Affected: (Southbound) , Shoulder (Northbound) , Shoulder
Comments: All lanes on I-5 are open. On the frontage roads, and Hwy 99, expect traffic control by flaggers. This is the Fern Valley Interchange Project. Watch for workers, construction vehicles and lane closures throughout the project area, especially on the west side of the Bear Creek Bridge along Fern Valley Road, Bolz Road and Oregon 99.

Comments: The Exit 61 NB off-ramp is now open to traffic. Construction crews continue to improve the Merlin interchange area, use caution. Work will continue after the Memorial Day holiday. Expect intermittent traffic control with flaggers on the frontage roads and throughout the interchange area.

No restrictions will be in place from 3 PM Friday through 12:01 AM Monday. Estimated date of completion is September 3, 2015.

US199 MP 14.2 to 29.3

Lanes Affected: (Northbound) 1 Lane (Southbound) 1 Lane
Comments: Sunday through Thursday nights, 7pm to 7am traffic controlled by flaggers and pilot car, for paving. Expect minor delays. Paving through the city of Cave Junction is scheduled to begin Tuesday night, 5/26, through Thursday nights, 7 PM to 7 AM. Expect intermittent cross street closures and single-lane traffic, controlled by flaggers. This project repaves the highway, adds a center rumble strip, and provides new retro-reflective striping. Though Cave Junction, the existing four-lane section will be reconfigured to three lanes with a center turn lane.
