Comments: All lanes of Franklin Blvd. will be closed from 8 p.m. Friday, November 20, until 7 a.m. Monday, November 23. Watch for signs to alternate routes. Also intermittent single-lane closures on Franklin this week. Watch for signs and flaggers directing bicycle and pedestrian traffic to detour routes during path closures at North Walnut Road and the North Bank path. This project will replace the I-5 bridge over the Willamette River.
